4.1 Bookings and Payments

Bookings must be made via our approved system.
Prices are displayed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.
Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.

4.2 Cancellation Policy

  • Chiropractic appointments: at least 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule. Missed or late cancellations may be charged in full.

  • Coaching sessions: we require 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

5. Refund Policy

We aim to ensure all clients are satisfied with our services. The following policy applies:

5.1 Chiropractic Appointments

If you cancel an appointment with more than 24 hours’ notice, you will not be charged, and any prepayment will be refunded in full.
Missed appointments or cancellations made within 24 hours are non-refundable unless there are exceptional circumstances (e.g., medical emergency).

5.2 Online Courses, Programs, and Digital Content

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations (2013), you have the right to cancel within 14 days of purchase if you have not yet accessed or downloaded any digital content.
Once digital materials have been accessed, streamed, or downloaded, your right to cancellation is waived.

If you are unsatisfied with an online course or coaching program, please contact us within 14 days of purchase — we will always review refund requests fairly and in good faith.

5.3 How to Request a Refund

Approved refunds will be processed within 14 days using your original payment method.
