A brief look into the journey, philosophy, and dedication behind the practice.
For over 25 years, I have dedicated my practice to helping people overcome chronic discomfort and rediscover the joy of unrestricted movement. My approach is rooted in careful listening and deep respect for your body's natural healing abilities.
Instead of rushed appointments or temporary fixes, we take the time to understand exactly what your body needs. Together, we will create a gentle, personalised roadmap to restore your strength and vitality.

I hold a degree in Molecular Biology, which provided me with a rigorous foundational understanding of cellular mechanisms and organic structures. Following my undergraduate studies, my academic focus shifted deeper into the microscopic world, leading me to pursue postgraduate research in Virology.
Later in my career, I transitioned into the pharmaceutical industry, where I worked extensively in clinical research. This experience allowed me to evaluate complex scientific data sets firsthand and understand the stringent, ethical protocols required to conduct valid clinical studies.
Important note: My background is strictly academic and research-based. I do not provide medical advice, diagnoses, or treatments.
For years, I struggled with recurring headaches, severe migraines, and persistent neck pain. It became a background noise to my everyday life, something I thought I just had to live with.
Eventually, the discomfort pushed me to try something new, and I booked an appointment with a local chiropractor. I didn't quite know what to expect, but I was ready to find some relief.
The results were genuinely surprising. Over a relatively short period, the pain began to fade, and those debilitating migraines finally resolved. For the first time in a long while, I felt like myself again.
That experience completely shifted my perspective. It was so impactful that I decided to change my own direction, eventually returning to study and retrain so I could help others find that same relief.
When we work together, my first priority is simply to listen and observe. I focus on understanding what your body is doing right now, without rushing to fix or force anything into place.
My practice relies on gentle, precise techniques. You will not find any forceful adjustments or heavy-handed methods here. Instead, we work with your body's natural responses to encourage ease and mobility in a way that feels safe and supportive.
Throughout our sessions, I will explain what I am feeling and what we are doing. My goal is to help you understand your own body more clearly, so you leave not just feeling relaxed, but with a better sense of how to care for yourself moving forward.
I approach my practice with a deep respect for how the body adapts and protects itself. The problems we experience rarely happen overnight—they develop gradually over time as the body compensates for stress, injury, or habit.
Because of this, healing begins with understanding. Gaining clarity about what is actually happening leads to better, more informed decisions about your care. Simple explanations matter. It’s why the most common piece of feedback I receive is:
“Nobody has explained this so clearly before”
My goal is never to overcomplicate, but to simply give you the clarity you need to feel in control of your own recovery.
You can be completely honest with me. There is no right or wrong way to feel, and nothing you say will be met with shock or judgment. My practice is designed to be a place where you can safely be exactly who you are.
I will always share my professional perspective openly. We move at your pace, and there is absolutely no pressure to commit to a treatment plan you aren't ready for.
Therapy isn't meant to last forever. In fact, not everyone needs ongoing sessions. Sometimes, a handful of meetings is enough to navigate a specific challenge, and I will be the first to tell you if I believe you have the tools you need.
In your initial assessment, we’ll simply sit down and talk about what you've been experiencing. I'll take a gentle look at your movement and spinal alignment to understand how your body is functioning right now. There are no rushed adjustments or immediate commitments—just a safe space to explore what your body needs.
We'll go entirely at your own pace. No pressure, no obligation.
