Depending on how you interact with us (for example via our website, by email, by booking a coaching or chiropractic session, or joining our programmes), we may collect the following categories of personal data:

  • Identity & contact data: name, title, email address, postal address, telephone number.

  • Health & wellness data: for clients of our chiropractic and coaching programmes, we may collect health history, lifestyle information, wearable device data (e.g., Fitbit, activity/heart‐rate data) if you consent to share that for the purpose of our coaching.

  • Payment & billing data: bank account/ card details or payment provider information, billing address.

  • Usage data: when you visit our website /getmorelifeinyouryears.com, we may collect IP address, device type, browser type, time and date of visit, pages visited (via cookies and analytics).

  • Communications data: correspondence you send us (via email, contact form) and our replies.

We only collect the minimum data necessary to deliver our services and maintain our relationship with you.

3. Why We Collect Your Data and Our Lawful Basis

We use your personal data for several purposes, with corresponding lawful bases under Article 6 of the UK GDPR:

  • To provide our services (chiropractic care, Get More Life coaching, Executive Energy Reset, Retirement Health Blueprint) – lawful basis: performance of contract with you (or taking steps at your request prior to contract).

  • To manage payment, invoicing and bookings – lawful basis: performance of contract.

  • To communicate with you (such as service updates, changes, responding to enquiries) – lawful basis: our legitimate interest in maintaining our relationship and providing a quality service.

  • To process wearable device and other health data (only where you have consented) – lawful basis: your explicit consent (special category data: health).

  • To improve our website and services (analytics, cookies) – lawful basis: our legitimate interest in improving client experience and service delivery.

  • Marketing (only if you have opted in) – lawful basis: your consent. You may withdraw this at any time.

We will always tell you when we require additional consent (for example for marketing or use of your device data) and you are free to opt out without affecting the core services.

4. How We Share Your Data

We may share your personal data with:

  • Our service providers and processors (e.g., payment processors, website host, analytics provider, app or wearable-device aggregator) who act on our instructions and are bound by data‐processing agreements.

  • Where necessary, with other health professionals (e.g., referral, with your explicit consent) to deliver the chiropractic/coaching service.


    We do not sell your personal data to third-parties for marketing or other unrelated purposes.

If any of the processors we use are outside the UK, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place (for example, standard contractual clauses) in line with Chapter V of the UK GDPR. We will inform you of any such transfers where required.

We retain your personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, including to meet legal, accounting or reporting requirements. For clients, we typically keep health and service-records for a minimum of 7 years (in line with professional standards) unless you ask us to delete sooner. For marketing consents, data is retained until you withdraw consent. For website analytics, data is kept for 26 months. We regularly review our retention periods.

Under the UK GDPR you have the following rights (in certain circumstances):

  • The right to access your personal data (subject access request)

  • The right to correct inaccurate or incomplete data

  • The right to erasure (also known as “right to be forgotten”)

  • The right to restrict or object to processing of your data

  • The right to data portability (receive the data you provided in a structured, machine‐readable format)
