I want to find the root cause of your problem, not just patch over symptoms. Many of my clients come to me after trying other therapies or medical approaches, often with conflicting diagnoses or no clear explanation at all.
That’s why your journey begins with a Spinal Health Assessment and your first gentle treatment.
At this visit we will:
Carefully analyse your spine to pinpoint what’s really driving your problem.
Begin your first gentle corrective treatment.
Look for an immediate change in spinal alignment (symptoms usually take longer to shift).
Explain your results clearly and map the best way forward.
If I don’t see that immediate change — or if I feel chiropractic isn’t appropriate for you — I won’t recommend a program and I will refund your £100 assessment fee in full.
Bringing the structures around your spine back to full health typically takes about 12 weeks. That’s the time your body needs to adapt, stabilise, and build a stronger foundation.
But every person is different. What you need during those 12 weeks is variable — some require more hands‑on care, others benefit most from exercises, and many need a blend. Your plan is tailored to your body, not a one‑size‑fits‑all schedule.
Investment: Your first step is the Spinal Health Assessment, including your first gentle treatment — and it’s fully refundable if chiropractic care isn’t right for you.
A warm, unhurried welcome
History, movement and functional testing
Gentle first treatment (no cracking)
Clear explanation of findings (in plain English)
Bespoke next‑step recommendations
Time: Allow 40–50 minutes for your first visit.
I use techniques that work with your body rather than forcing it. The goal is to help your spine organise and stabilise itself so it can hold improvements between visits — not just feel better for a day.
If I don’t see an immediate change in spinal alignment after your first gentle treatment, or if I don’t believe chiropractic is appropriate for you, I will refund your assessment fee in full.
I only recommend continuing if I’m confident you will benefit.

We’ll meet in a relaxed one-on-one to outline your health goals and find out if treatment is right for you.
The consultation will take 40 minutes to give you enough time for a thorough examination. (And time for treatment if you need it)
Any of the following will be useful, but don’t worry if you can’t:
A list of medication you’re on
A diary of your symptoms (if you’ve made one)
Any medical records of previous injuries that you think could be useful
No.
Unlike some clinics who use medical gowns or touch bare skin, we believe in a more relaxed approach. Everything we do is over your normal clothing; at most, we might ask to you remove a thick jumper.
Just dress in whatever is comfortable.
No. My approach is gentle and precise. I don’t use harsh or forceful techniques. Most people find it relaxing. Some feel light, calm or more upright afterwards.
Yes. Your assessment ensures the approach is suitable for you. Techniques are adapted for your age, history and comfort. If it isn’t appropriate, I’ll explain why — and you’ll receive a full refund of the £50 assessment fee.
I expect to see an immediate change in spinal alignment at the first visit. Symptom relief can be rapid, but it often lags behind alignment changes as your body adapts over days to weeks.
Structural change typically takes around 12 weeks to stabilise. The exact number and mix of visits vs. exercises varies by person — we’ll tailor it to your body and goals.
No. The aim is lasting change, not dependency. Many clients choose monthly check‑ins (like I do) as a simple way to maintain progress, but it’s optional.
Not all methods are the same. My approach is gentle, alignment‑focused and personalised. We also look for objective change at visit one. If I don’t see it, you won’t be advised to continue — and your assessment fee is refunded.
Yes — techniques are adjusted for age and fragility, and we avoid stressing vulnerable areas. Your assessment guides exactly what we do (or don’t do).
